Triad Control Systems structures utilize all steel construction, which offers the following:

  • All Steel Units do not support combustion.
  • Heavy gage steel exterior walls and roof resist the rigors of a harsh industrial environment.
  • In addition to G90 galvanized protection, the exterior and interior are coated with epoxy followed by polyurethane enamel providing the best protection system available.
 COST
TCS has been proven to provide competitive pricing on steel structures shipped throughout the continental United States. The cost of a TCS structure is well below conventional construction. Equipment structures classified as "equipment" in lieu of a building may be depriciated much faster and as- sessed at a lower tax rate.
